The Red Lion Swanage bed and breakfast is situated in the 19th century coach house conversion away from the pub and boasts four large rooms, two double and two twins, one of which is disabled friendly.

All B&B rooms are en-suite with TV/DVD, FreeView and tea & coffee making facilities.

These rooms are large, light and airy with comfortable beds and three of them offer extra accommodation enabling them to be used as family rooms.

We also offer a single room bed and breakfast, decorated and furnished to the same high standard.

A parking space is allocated for the duration of your stay with us.

A selection of DVD's are available to borrow free of charge. Breakfast is served in the Coach House Dining Room where you can enjoy a full English breakfast, continental style breakfast or whatever you fancy (subject to availability). Dietary needs can be catered for with prior notice.

We are hoping, in the near future, to offer wireless internet access in all rooms. The pub is situated a level three minute walk from the Square in Swanage and beaches.

Rates start from £35.00 per person per night in low season (1 October to 31 March, excluding Bank Holidays) and discounts are available for children and stays over three days.
